  • Genostore Module - Genetic Data

    The GenoStore module is specifically dedicated to the storage and processing of genetic data. It stores the patient's genotype by providing a description of the specific variants associated with the subject's genetic background to study and select subjects with particular genetic variants. The platform includes genetic variants selected from an Italian NMD dataset and then generated by the MotorPlex multigene panel.

    The Diagnosis module allows the insertion of diagnoses over time. The description of a patient's diagnosis is made up of a primary ICD10 diagnosis to which one or more genetic diagnoses can be associated (gene involved, type of mutation, description of the mutation) and ICD10 diagnoses that are considered directly related to the onset of the primary diagnosis .

  • ExternalDev Module - Acquisition from external devices and systems

    The ExternalDev module allows the acquisition of data from external clinical contexts and information from personal devices, including smartphones, biomedical sensors such as wearable devices, home automation systems, including Internet-of-Things (IoT). In Health360 this information appears as events in the patient's medical history.
