Diagnosis Module - Diagnosis

The Diagnosis module allows the insertion of diagnoses over time. The description of a patient's diagnosis is made up of a primary ICD10 diagnosis to which one or more genetic diagnoses can be associated (gene involved, type of mutation, description of the mutation) and ICD10 diagnoses that are considered directly related to the onset of the primary diagnosis . The diagnosis has a status that can be 'Confirmed' or 'Suspicious'.

Inserting the diagnosis corresponds to an event in the timeline where the information is reported.
