MedicalHistory Module - Anamnesis and Risk Factors

The MedicalHistory module manages information relating to the patient's medical history and risk factors. Information relating to the patient's clinical history that is significant for diagnosis and monitoring purposes can be compiled in the anamnesis. The list of this information is configurable and can be modified and extended quickly and easily

Changing the medical history corresponds to an event in the timeline where new information and changes are reported.

In the risk factors, information can be recorded relating to pathologies and patient behaviors that represent risk factors (e.g. smoker, diabetes, ...). The list of risk factors is configurable and can be modified and extended quickly and easily.
