Therapy Module - Pathologies and Therapies

The Therapy module allows the insertion of pathological events and related therapies. For each patient it is possible to insert and modify pathological events classified with ICD10 diagnosis code.

For each pathological event, a pharmacological, surgical and physiotherapeutic therapy can be inserted at the same time. The content of the therapies is structured in fields to facilitate research and statistics (e.g. use of a certain drug).

The inclusion of pathologies and therapies each corresponds to an event in the timeline in which the information is reported. For each pathological event it is possible to view the related therapies, while from each therapy event you can directly access the pathological event in the timeline.
