Examination Module - Physical Examination

The Examination module allows the execution and archiving of the physical examination which is usually performed upon access to the organization (hospitalisation, outpatient visit, day-hospital, etc.). In addition to weight and height, the objective examination records the objective clinical signs detected at the time of the visit.

The inclusion of the physical examination corresponds to an event in the timeline in which, in addition to the weight and height in relief, the recorded clinical signs are reported.
